Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Be Indian nationals enrolled in a full-time final year UG or PG course in a relevant discipline from a recognized Indian university or institute.
- Be available for a continuous six-month internship period.
- Have a valid bank account in their name for stipend disbursal.
Note: Students studying abroad or in foreign universities are not eligible.
Internship Stipend Structure
- Total Amount: ₹30,000
- Disbursal:
- ₹15,000 after 3 months
- ₹15,000 after successful completion of 6 months
Important: Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 15 days per month to qualify for the stipend and receive a certificate.

- Students can apply to multiple labs but will be selected for only one, based on merit.

- Request letter from your college (on letterhead)

Selection Process & Guidelines
- Shortlisting will be done by each lab based on merit, eligibility, and document completeness.
- Selected candidates will receive communication via email/SMS.
- Internship topics and guides will be assigned by the labs.
- Labs reserve full rights in candidate selection, topic assignment, and schedule.
- Selection does not guarantee future employment at DRDO.

- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your institute
- Police Verification Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate (from MBBS-qualified doctor)
- Aadhaar Card (Original) & College ID
- Previous semester mark sheets (originals)
- Undertakings:
- To comply with Official Secrets Act, 1923
- To follow IT policies of MoD
- Bank account details for stipend transfer
Internship Rules & Conduct
- No mobile phones, laptops, or USBs are allowed in labs.
- Students must attend at least 15 days per month.
- Internship will be supervised by a DRDO guide.
- Irregularity or misconduct may lead to termination.
- Labs will not provide grades or evaluation marks.
