    Eligibility Criteria

    To be eligible for Flipkart GRiD 7.0, students must meet the following criteria:

    • Must be enrolled in an engineering program from any college in India.
    • Eligible degrees: B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.S., Dual/Integrated programs.
    • Eligible batches:
      • 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
      • 2026 to 2030 for dual/integrated programs.
    • Students must register individually; team formation is only applicable at the National Finals stage.

    Stages of the Competition

    The challenge comprises four progressive rounds:

    Round 1: Screening

    Participants are shortlisted based on academic performance, achievements, and profile strength. No coding round at this stage.

    Round 2: Coding Assessment

    • Format: 90-minute proctored coding test
    • Questions: 3 coding problems
    • Languages Allowed: C, C++, Java, Python
    • Participants who clear the cut-off proceed to Round 3.

    Round 3: Case Study Based Code

    • A real-world e-commerce problem statement from Flipkart is provided.
    • Participants submit a tech solution (tool/system-level) along with code.
    • Top-performing candidates qualify for full-time or internship opportunities based on year.

    Round 4: National Finals (On-site)

    • Top 48 candidates travel to Flipkart HQ in Bangalore.
    • Participants form teams of 4.
    • Must present a working prototype demo.
    • Evaluation by senior Flipkart leadership.
