    Internship Duration

    • Minimum internship period: 6 months.
    • For M.Tech/M.Sc students, the internship may be extended for an additional 8–10 months based on project requirement, but without stipend during the extended phase.

    Stipend Structure

    The paid internship includes:

    • Stipend: Rs. 5,000 per month.
    • To be eligible for stipend, interns must be physically present for at least 15 working days per month.
    • Payment is processed in two instalments:
      • First instalment: after completion of 3 months.
      • Second instalment: after completion of 6 months.
    • Stipend is transferred directly to the student’s bank account.

    Selection Procedure

    DLJ follows a merit-based evaluation for selecting students.

    Certificate of Completion

    Upon completing the full six-month tenure, students will receive:

    • A Completion Certificate from DRDO–DLJ, subject to:

      • Completion of project evaluation
      • Clearance of all formalities

    Students who discontinue mid-way will not receive any certificate or stipend.


    Terms and Conditions
