    • Attendance is strictly biometric-based.

    Step-by-Step: How to Apply

    1. Download and Fill the Application Form (Page 4,5)
    2. Prepare a concise bio-data (under 300 words) highlighting academic and extracurricular achievements.
    3. Collect your mark sheets and ensure CGPA/percentage is clearly visible.
    4. Obtain a referral letter from your department head or principal.
    5. Attach additional documents like GATE scorecard, awards, and memberships (optional).
    6. Email all documents to: hrd.debel.debel@gov.in with a subject like:
      Application for Internship at DEBEL - [Your Name]
    7. Wait for communication from DEBEL regarding shortlisting.
    8. If selected, attend the interaction round (if scheduled).
    9. After selection, submit all joining documents as listed above.

    Selection Process

    The selection is purely merit-based and considers:

    • Academic performance (high CGPA/percentage)
    • Achievements, publications, or GATE score (if any)
    • Performance in interaction (if required)

    • Original referral letter from the college
    • Police verification certificate
    • Undertaking (format will be provided)
    • Self-declaration of medical fitness / Medical certificate by MBBS doctor
    • Original Aadhar Card & College ID (for verification)
    • 3 recent passport-size photographs
    • All original mark sheets for verification
    • Bank account details for stipend transfer

    General Terms & Conditions

    • Internship does not guarantee future employment.
    • The certificate is awarded only after successful evaluation of project and full duration completion.
    • The student must not engage in any other internship or employment during this period.
    • Any damage to property due to negligence will be chargeable.
    • Strict confidentiality and adherence to DRDO security rules is mandatory.
