Overview of the Internship
The Foundation for Innovators in Science and Technology (FIST) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna is inviting applications for its 2025 Summer Internship Program. This initiative, under the NIDHI-TBI scheme of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, is an excellent opportunity for students in engineering to gain hands-on experience by working closely with technology-based startups and innovators.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following conditions to apply:

Interns will participate in various technical and research-based tasks, including:
- Assisting startups with R&D, prototyping, and product development
- Designing models in SolidWorks/AutoCAD; 3D printing and CNC operations
- Working on microcontroller-based systems like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32
- Integrating IoT devices, testing hardware, and debugging software
- Web and mobile app development (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java)
- AI/ML projects, signal processing, database design, backend logic
