Last Date to Apply: March 23, 2025
Announcement of Selected Candidates: April 15, 2025
Internship Commencement: May 12, 2025

Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

Preliminary Screening: Based on academic qualifications and submitted documents.
Online Interview: Conducted by the assigned faculty mentor at IIT Dharwad.
Final Selection: Candidates will be informed via email. No separate notification will be sent to non-selected candidates.

Stipend & Certification

Stipend: There is no provision for a stipend, travel allowance, or monetary support.
Certification: Interns who successfully complete the program and receive satisfactory performance feedback from their faculty mentor will be awarded an Internship Completion Certificate.

Accommodation & Facilities

Free hostel accommodation and meals will be provided for selected interns, subject to availability.
No additional costs such as electricity or water charges will be imposed on the interns.

How to Fill the Application Form?

The application form consists of four key sections:

Personal and Educational Details: Enter your full name, contact details, academic background, and latest CGPA.
Department & Faculty Selection: Choose the research department and up to three faculty mentors.
Document Upload: Attach all necessary files, including your resume, latest marksheet, and bonafide certificate.
Miscellaneous Questions: Answer additional questions regarding your research interests and previous projects.
