    The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), a statutory body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, has opened its internship program for the July 2025 quarter. This initiative is part of the FSSAI Internship Scheme 2024, designed to provide young professionals and students with hands-on experience in the domain of food safety and standards regulation across India.

    FSSAI offers internships throughout the year to provide students with exposure to food regulatory mechanisms, scientific research, administration, and public outreach.     Selection Process
